When we talk of animes, how can we forget to mention “High School DxD”. This anime series has extensively entertained us with an amazing storyline in the last four seasons and thus we have high expectations from its upcoming fifth season!
“High School DxD” Season 5: Release Date
Since 2012 “High School DxD” has not failed to amaze and entertain us. The storyline, the execution, music, and all other elements in this anime series are beyond perfection.
Three years back the fourth season of this series was dropped and after that, it went off the air. Nobody knew if the anime series was actually cancelled or was there any other reason behind the delay in the making of the fifth season.
As “High School DxD” fans we never lost hope. And just as expected the makers called for a renewal of the series and also revealed that they took a two-year break and were planning to drop the fifth installment in 2020. But due to the pandemic, there were several production delays.
As per the sources “High School DxD,” Season 5 is in the making and is expected to release in early 2022.
“High School DxD” Season 5: Plot
Issei Hyodo gets murdered by a devil on their first date but is lucky enough to revive to life by another fallen angel Rias Ceremony. After his revival, Issei realizes that he is not a complete human anymore as he has the soul of a devil.
After his revival, he realizes that he will have to juggle been the human and the devil world because he belongs to both. On the other hand, we also saw that Rias has a soft corner for Issei although things are unclear on his part.
Also, it is clear that Yuma is not liking his closeness with Rias and she is still plotting to harm him. So “High School DxD” Season 5 will shed light on Issei’s struggle, his love life with Rias also on Yuma’s evil plottings.
