After the release of the first season in 2019, we all are waiting for “Carnival Row” Season 2. This series by Amazon Prime has gathered a massive fan following and no wonder why all the fans need another season as soon as possible!
“Carnival Row” Season 2: Release Date
This urban fantasy series by Amazon Prime is loved by everyone. Its first season dropped on August 30, 2019, and earned a massive timeshift. This series was also recognized by critics for its out of the box storyline and its proper execution.
Also, we know that the first season came in August 2019, but before that, in July 2019 the makers and the OTT platform had already confirmed that a second season will be on its way soon!
As per the sources “Carnival Row” Season 2 would have released in 2020 if not for the coronavirus pandemic. But we have a sigh of relief because the shoot wrapped up way back in August 2020 at least close sources say so!
Amazon Prime has not yet released any information regarding the release date, but we can expect it to be out by later this year.
“Carnival Row”: Plot
This series has to be termed as one of a kind because of its out of the box storyline. It basically sheds light on particular creatures who ran away from their native place that was destructed by war.
They started coming to the city and settling there. But of course, they are immigrants and the natives of the city started having problems because of them.
Also, there begins political and civil unrest amid the clash between the citizens and the immigrants. The first season kept us on a big cliffhanger because we saw that the fairies were captured and imprisoned.
Apart from that we also saw that a political alliance have been formed by Sophie and Jonah. Thus the lives of the immigrants are at a risk. We also saw that Agreus and Imogen are tired of everything and are getting out of this city to find a better dwelling place. So “Carnival Row” Season 2 will tell us the fate of these immigrants.
Will they face another war with the humans or will they coexist in peace? We will find out soon!
