Money heist, the epic heist show that went mainstream before anyone even knew. The show at one point got so hyped that it was being watched on almost every screen and every account of Netflix.
The characters of the show were so loved and found themselves having millions of fans round the world. The most beloved character was the Professor who received so much fame that it was not anticipated by the makers also. The last season that is season 4 saw butchery more than any other season in the series. It kept people on their toes as to what would happen next and thus, they expected the fourth season to be of a similar pattern like the others but the gang was seen to have nothing going as planned their way and compelled under various circumstances to buy themselves more time. The last season as expected was left on a cliffhanger making people curious and storming their creative imagination and thinking skills to comprehend as to what might happen next where in came the idea of a very well thought of new season for the series.
Netflix confirmed the news claiming that the heist shall end in this season. The show will be shot in Spain, Denmark, Portugal and have a total of 10 episodes and the plan was put into action days after announcement for which the production starts on August 3rd. “It’s pure rock’n’roll,” said Álvaro Morte, aka the Professor (via the Guardian). “Once you see the first chapter of the show, you are lost in it.”
Netflix stopped production of all its shows due to the ongoing pandemic and also Corberó as stuck in Spain and could not return for a long time. But now that thing are somehow back on track the cast and the entire crew is back to shooting but due to time crunch the season did not air in 2020 but there are high chances it may in 2021 end provided there are no unavoidable disruptions.
Coming to the cast expected to be seen on screen would include Miguel Ángel Silvestre, Patrick Criado as new additions. From the already seen cast those to return would include Úrsula Coberó (Tokyo), Álvaro Morte (The Professor) , Itziar Ituño (Lisbon), Pedro Alonso (Berlín), Miguel Herrán (Rio), Jaime Lorente (Denver), Esther Acebo (Stockholm), Enrique Arce (Arturo) and others. The show shall continue with the gang along with the professor with a tinch of political resistivity and catch up with anything and everything that season 4 ended with.
