Stranger Things Season 4: Netflix Makes A New Announcement
After thrilling the audience with three phenomenal seasons, Stranger Things is coming with its fourth season. The series was renewed way back in 2019 but the production was kept at a halt due to the sudden pandemic outbreak.
But there seems to be good news for all the Stranger Things fans out there. Netflix has made an announcement which will surely make your day! And the announcement is that the shooting of Stranger Things Season 4 has finally resumed.
After a delay of seven long months due to the coronavirus lockdowns the shootings came to a halt. But finally, the cast and crew of the upcoming season are back to work. The shoot is currently taking place in Atlanta. Although according to the original schedule the team was supposed to start the shooting in January and conclude it by August 2020.
But they had to stop midway in March after the pandemic outbreak. But now as the shootings have resumed we can expect the upcoming season to hit the screens somewhere by mid-2021.
Stranger Things Season 4: To Be Filled With More Horror And Thrill
Recently Netflix posted a mysterious creepy picture on its official Twitter handle. And it gave us a hint that the upcoming season is going to be full of horror and thrill.
The series revolves around a supernatural plot set in the 1980s where a research laboratory secretly conducts paranormal researches on human subjects. And through these secret activities, they succeed to create a portal which can make a way to the parallel Universe which they term it as ‘upside down.’
With the turn of events, many residents start disappearing and are believed to have been abducted by the monsters of the parallel world. The first season begins with the abduction of a pivotal character who eventually gets rescued from ‘upside down.’ But after returning to the earth he seems to be still influenced by the monsters.
And the previous season we witnessed that another new laboratory has opened the doors for upside down and thus letting the monsters possess and abduct people. So in the upcoming season, it will be interesting to see whether the residents can survive the monsters. Moreover, we will also find out whether Hopper died in the previous season.
Stranger Things Season 4 is surely going to be very thrilling indeed.
