“Lupin” Season 2 is highly awaited by all the fans. Debuting in January 2021, this series had a massive impact on the audience leaving them craving for another instalment.

Early this year i.e on 8 January 2021, the first season of this Netflix mystery series was released. And left us all spellbound. Any of us who have watched “Lupin” have surely recommended it to our friends and near ones.

Because missing this mystery series is definitely not a good idea. So talking about the second instalment we all are aware that it is coming. As the makers had earlier revealed that the first instalment was supposed to air 10 episodes.


But due to unavoidable reasons, there were only six. Hence the rest of the episodes would be in the second instalment. And to our surprise, Netflix has officially announced the release of the upcoming season and the trailer release. Yes, “Lupin” Season 2 will release on June 11, 2021.

“Lupin” Season 2: Plot

This series is a tale of love for family and revenge. It tells the story of Assane Diop, who becomes a robber just to avenge his dear father’s death.

Actually, the company in which his father worked was filled with notorious people. And one day his father was framed for a diamond robbery which he had no idea about.


Unable to bear the embarrassment he committed suicide in the prison leaving Assane all alone. But the fire of revenge never escaped from his mind. We saw in the first part that the criminals who were responsible for his father’s death learnt about his motive of revenge.

To stop him from doing so, they used Assane’s son as the bait by kidnapping him. So the upcoming season will begin with Assane trying to set his son free and save him. After his father, will he lose his sons at the hands of these notorious people? We shall find out soon.
