The supernatural drama series “Lucifer” is regarded as one of the best series in this genre. Its first season dropped in 2016 and has successfully completed four seasons with the fifth season still on the go.
Fox TV’s venture was later adopted by Netflix from its fourth season in 2019. “Lucifer” is currently entertaining the audience with its ongoing fifth season.
Even though it is only the first part of the fifth instalment that is on air now. The second part will release on May 28, 2021. Initially, the series was planned to end with the fifth season as its season finale.
But thankfully the makers changed their mind. They decided to add another season and then end the series. This decision came in June 2020 owing to “Lucifer’s” massive success. The current status of the sixth instalment is visible on the cast member’s social media accounts as they are frequently posting pictures and videos from their shoot locations.
It proves that the shooting is going on and they are having a gala time on the sets. Reports suggest that the season finale will be realising by early 2022 but further details from Netflix are awaited.
A good looking club owner who helps the cops in solving crimes but later turns out to be someone who came directly on earth from hell. Yes! We are talking about our protagonist who is none other than Lucifer(yes! the same one about whom we have grown up reading during our bible sessions!) who is irked by his monotonous life in hell and comes to earth for some change.
But little did he know that he will get involved in human beings’ business a little more than he expected. After coming to Los Angeles, he dragged himself in so many things that his life as a human has turned into a mess.
On the other hand, he was also experiencing emotional connections with fellow human beings. The biggest example is his relationship with Claudia. We know that the second part of the fifth season will give us an insight into what the season finale will be all about. Thus let us wait for that to air before we weave any storyline based on our assumptions.
