Pfizer gets approval for its vaccine distribution in the US also.

Concerned with having the highest number of cases of Covid-19 and the many deaths in the country the US has approved Pfizer to vaccinate its people in their fight against the virus.

Even though US has been trying to make their own vaccine but there seems to be no progress the FDA that is the US Food and Drug Administration has approved the Pfizer and BioNtech for their request submitted to the FDA for approval for distributing their vaccine in the country on Friday night. The news was given out by FDA commissioner DR. Stephan Hahn himself. “The FDA’s authorization for emergency use of the first Covid-19 vaccine is a significant milestone in battling this devastating pandemic that has affected so many families in the United States and around the world,” Hahn said. The virus has swept away millions of lives and entire groups and families and communities globally and the distribution and approval of the Pfizer vaccine by various nations like the UK, US, Canada, Mexico and others is giving people a new hope and a new look towards leading life during the course of the virus. The coming of the vaccine in the US has definitely built up morale and ignited the thought that the lives of the people in the country may get normal sooner than those in other nations.

Reasons that the FDA’s Center for Biologics evaluations and research provided for the approving of the vaccine to be handed out in the state in that it’s logistical data and security and effectiveness data clearly outweigh the potential risks the vaccine may or may not have. The vaccine uses innovative messenger RNA technology to introduce the body to the spike protein on the surface of the coronavirus. The vaccine was approved only after clear inspection of the tests taken out on a considerable number of people and it was observed that the vaccine profed to fight the virus 95% of times. Regardless of the fact that the vaccine is 95% effective without any harmful after effects or risks there can be nothing said about the long-term effects of the vaccine and whether it can control the spread of the virus in future or not that scientists are yet to study that and make any further statements. States will receive an initial allotment of 2.9m doses, sent directly from Pfizer within days of authorization. Those doses will be distributed among healthcare workers and long-term care residents, who were deemed the highest priority for vaccination by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
