Mrs. Maisel to soon launch its season 4, dates yet to be confirmed.

Amazon’s series called the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel that is set back in the 1950s and 60s revolves around the life of a housewife who discovers her passion for standup and wants to pursue a career in it.

The series announced to be back with a season 4 back in 2019 but for obvious reasons there was no shooting done and the season never came out in 2020. The season has now begun shooting and will show that cast to be grappling with the changing times of the 60s and the last season saw Midge on her first ever national comedy tour. Due to time crunch and media estimated release time period to be December 2020 the makers are focusing more on CGI and less on the extras.

Amy Sherman Palladino the maker of an all time favourite series Gilmore Girls is the creator this show as well and well if talking in context to Gilmore Girls and its plot and multiple seasons and characters it an be well expected that the new season will hold something really exciting for Midge on her tour for her career in stand up comedy. There have been no spoilers floating in the air as of now because the cast and the crew are still in the pre production stage with dresses and sets and makeup finalising.

 “As we move into the ’60s, which we are going to do by the end of season 3, the world is going to certainly be pulled out from under Moishe and Shirley’s feet,” Caroline says. “The world they knew is going to be a very, very different world. Midge is going to bring that world into this family, and I would imagine it’s going to be hard for us. I don’t know that for sure, but all the rules are changing, and let’s see what that means.” The show is the winner of 16 Emmy awards and a Golden-Globe award and announced the release of a new season to come a week after the third came out. The show being set in the 50s and 60s has a different charisma and delight to it and the characters are designed in a way that takes the viewer in the land and makes them feel like they are actually present there with there wit and humour the fans are really excited for the new season to arrive soon.
