Awarded the ‘anime of the year’ in 2019 “Demon Slayer” is undoubtedly one of the best anime series ever produced. It has been almost two years since we have been awaiting the release of its second season. Can we expect it soon?
Animes are indeed something that we always that hooked up to and what can be better than an amazing anime like “Demon Slayer”. The plotline and execution of this anime series is something we cannot keep our eyes off.
The first season of this anime series amazed and bewitched us making us wait eagerly for the second season. But when will it be out? Although we don’t have any official notification from the maker’s side about “Demon Slayer” Season 2. But we know that the plotline of the series definitely demands another season.
Even some official sources have also confirmed that there will be a second season to the series. There were speculations that the forthcoming instalment was supposed to drop in 2020 but the pandemic crisis delayed the shoot. Apart from that, the makers were also busy with the recently released demon slayer movie.
So there are chances that production for the upcoming season might start this year. Hence the second season might grace our screens either by the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022.
After the death of his parents in the hands of powerful demons Tanjiro Kamado’s only aim in life is to take revenge from the demons. The demons not only killed his parents but also overpowered his little sister Nezuko who starts showing demonic traits.
But the quest is not easy for Tanjiro as he has to be skilled enough to face the demons. That is when he meets a demon slayer who has mastered the art of killing demons. In the previous season, we saw how skilfully Tanjiro attained all the skills to fight with the demons and he is ready to face them.
In the second season of this anime, Tanjiro will finally challenge the demons into a war. Will his newly acquired skills help him in defeating the evils? Will he be able to rescue Nezuko?
We are all seeking answers to these questions.
